SMALLVILLE INTRODUCTION By Shazam Smallville is my favorite show currently and has always been my favorite show since the 1st or 2nd season of the show. The show has done so well and has led very strongly in the ratings for many age groups every season over the years since the show’s birth. It is a great show filled with a really good cast of actors, directors, and producers. Every actor that has been cast for this show whether it is a regular cast member, guest, or recurring role, has done well and played their role quite well! In my opinion, the best actors ever casted for this show are Tom Welling (Clark Kent), Allison Mack (Chloe Sullivan), John Schneider (Jonathan Kent), Michael Rosenbaum (Lex Luthor), and John Glover (Lionel Luthor). These actors were their characters, and were born to play them. Smallville has now lasted seven seasons and is now entering its eighth and most likely final season. It has been an incredible run and ride. It seems just like yesterday that the show just started, and it is amazing how fast it has gone by! One other thing I love about the show which is an indication of how great it is; the fact that you are totally drawn into the show. You feel like you are in the world of Smallville, you are part of the characters’ lives, and you feel what they feel. Smallville is the story of Clark Kent is his early days right when he started high school. It basically tells the story of his life before he becomes Superman. He learns along the way life lessons and how to deal with and combat evil; with some tests he must face as well. The show’s episodes have been either good or great, most of which have been really good! Only a few (about 2-3) episodes throughout the whole series of the show were okay. Overall rating (scale of 1-10): 9.8.
