Fair Share for California Proposition

Proposed Text: Any Corporation, Partnership, Individual that conducts business in California that donates money to any Candidate, Office Holder, Political Party, Political Action Committee and does not pay taxes (this means that once tax filing requirement is met and no net taxes are paid to the Federal Government or the State of California) to the State of California will be required to match the political contribution dollar for dollar with an equal contribution to the State of California's General Fund.

If the contribution of any entity above is greater than their net taxes paid out to the State of California or The Federal Government, the difference in taxes paid and the contribution given will have to be matched with an equal contribution to the State of California's General Fund.

The prior two completed calendar years or fiscal years will be the determining factor in figuring the "net taxes paid" definition in this Initiative Statue. 

All Political Contributions by any entity mentioned herein and future classifications not mentioned herein that contribute political monies will be held accountable and can will be audited by the Attorney General of the State of California.

Any Candidate desiring to loan or give to themselves any monies or services for the election in question will have to give an equal amount to the State's General Fund and services will be determined to be counted at the State of California's Minimum Wage Rate.
