Banana's Hangout 10/15/04 - Hi!…My name is Banana, Why Banana? Well because that’s what they call me. I am the new addition to noriega.biz. I wanted to write for this website, because one: these guys are my friends, two: they need a girl’s point of view to equalize the testosterone. When Roger was kind enough to let me write for his website I thought to myself, “cool, but what do I write about?” I am not a big fan of Star Wars or Star Trek, (although the men in these movies intrigue me) so what does that leave? The only thing I know…LIFE. I saw a movie last night called New Waterford Girl; I got it from my Video Store. I was unaware that this movie would touch my heart in such a wonderful way. It is the coming of age story of a 15 year old girl who dreams of getting out of her little town. She then realizes that family is more important. Just like her I ventured out and went to Portland, Oregon, and San Francisco, before I found out that what is really important in this life is friends and family. Coming back from San Francisco was the easiest and smartest decision I have ever made. For those of you that haven’t found your place yet, let me tell you it doesn’t come easy but once you find it its worth the wait. I just made the decision to start my own business; I hate working for other people so I am going to work for myself. I am only twenty-two but I think this is the beginning of a very promising career in business; maybe it will be the next Hollywood Video.
