Star Trek: Frontiers 1.10 Lonely Roads

Review by Bam

The crew is still stuck in the void created by their wormhole escape in episode 1.7.  Commander Andrade is still in a coma talking to super-dimensional formless entities in his head.

The exchange between Rikilis and Salea was reminiscent of several buddy cop movies. Many props to the author for adapting another genre into his work.

The aftermath of episode 1.7 are starting to show up. Salea is starting to hit on Andrade when he’s conscious. GO OCTOPUS LOVE!

The gang is trying to figure out how the collapse of the wormhole, through the use of the omega molecule, is affecting the E.T.s that are harassing the ship.

They found out that that they are in a rift between dimensions. They also conjectured that if they did use their transwarp engines they would tear the rift even further.

The E.T.s take over of the Andrade’s mind was something out of the exorcist and Claremont’s X-Men psychic plane battle. Cool stuff no matter how many times one sees this stuff.

Good stuff…

8.9 asses kicked. (GO OCTOPUS LOVE.)
